Delivery & Returns

Vehicle Chip Protection New Zealand (VCPNZ) will endeavour to give you the best customer service bar none, it’s our obligation to you as our customer.

Stock items & Courier Delivery
All reasonable efforts will be made to dispatch in-stock items within two working days from receipt of the order. For out of stock items, customers will be informed of any delays. The cost of freight & handling is as stated on the final order summary at checkout.

Refunds & Returns
In the event of loss, late delivery, or dissatisfaction with the product supplied, the goods need to be returned and a full refund will be sent. If the initial payment was by credit card, then the refund will be made back to your credit card company. If however payment was by cheque, then the refund will be posted to you by cheque promptly. Our major concern is to maintain our happy relationship with you our customer.

Courier Information
If your order was placed before 2.00pm it will be shipped on the same working day and you should recieve it the next working day on Post Haste Couriers. If you are a rural delivery please allow a further 3 working days for deliveries. Orders received after 2.00pm will be shipped the following working day.
